Avery well respected individual in the Land Development industry with over 26 years of experience and educated in the trenches of the corporate world from the very young age of 17, Bart Monroe gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that no educational institute could have ever given him on his rise to the top! His understanding of what it takes to survive and become successful in all facets of corporate America is what sets him apart from most of his peers.
He has managed the development of over 50 million square feet of commercial space throughout California and Nevada as well as 15,000 multi-family units. On the residential side of development, he has developed over 25,000 single-family units and 30,000 finished lots. He has been involved any many large land acquisition deals that were the first of their kind and most recently was a part of one of the largest government to public land purchases in the state of Nevada.
When it comes to being well rounded in the corporate development industry, Monroe has to be known as one of the tops in his game. From flying the company corporate plane for an early employer, to being involved on the accounting side of business and running the day to day operations in the field as well as in the office for top developer— Monroe has done it all and done it well!
His corporate peers all rally behind him whenever there are the most difficult challenges in front of them and most of them will tell you the way he works his magic is an education in itself for all of them. His talents all came from hard work, dedication, loyalty and determination early on in corporate America and it all started from the very bottom of the corporate ladder! He has now risen above and beyond the norm and set the bar higher never settling for less, or falling short of any goal!
His passion has always been with sports and now the opportunity has come at the perfect time for him to set his sites on his next goal— the Energy Drink Market! Developing this successful Energy Drink program will allow Monroe to continue his support for those less sought after athletes and help them all rise to the tops of their games and make them their families and the organization proud.
Monroe is also a very competitive person in all aspects of his life. That being said, he knows the energy drink market already has some very successful companies riding on the top of the mountain —and this is one mountain Monroe has set his sights on climbing. He has his own opinions on those whom already reside there and his determination to get there and set a higher bar for the industry is what has his team and everyone that supports him fired up, prepared and ready to achieve this goal. We can assure you that Monroe has never fallen short of any goal he has set his eyes on and although this is a tall order, his patience, methodical ways of thinking and his resourceful/creative ways are what will set his company apart from the others.
Monroe’s sporting accomplishments are where most of his current passion and knowledge comes from for the industry. Being a former World Champion Jet Skier and a National Champion in BMX, Monroe knows exactly what it takes to become the best at what you do. He has led his daughter to the top of her game to in Tae Kwon Do— she became the best in her state and a Triple Crown winner (Find out more about her by clicking here) in her age bracket! He has led his professional paintball teams to the pinnacle of their sport and has led many others in a variety of other sports to the top of their games as individuals and teams.
When it comes to the sacrifices it takes, as well as the hard work and dedication, not many know this better than Monroe, and his leadership qualities are the best in these areas. How to manage the day-to-day issues with sponsors/commitments and distractions for a top athlete is something most aren’t prepared to do! Monroe, on the other hand, knows how to manage these areas well and is best when it comes to managing the athletes obsession for what they do — turning that into a clean, focused determination that makes a well rounded and respected athlete in the long run, and an athlete that can become an ambassador to the sport they compete in as well as a great role model for the up and coming athletes in their respective sports. Being able to manage the day-to-day grind on the athletes field of play and manage the administrative side behind the desk are good traits Monroe posses also.
